Code of Conduct

The Future of Humanity Summit is a confidential and inclusive gathering of thought leaders, innovators, and change-makers.

As we gather to explore the most pressing questions and opportunities shaping the future of humanity, we are committed to fostering a culture of openness, respect, and creativity. Our goal is to facilitate meaningful connections, inspire innovative thinking, and spark solutions to drive positive change for our society and planet.

Chatham House Rules:

In keeping with this spirit, we adopt the Chatham House Rules for our discussions. All comments made during the Future of Humanity Summit are confidential and attributed to the speaker only. This means that quotes or statements will not be shared publicly without explicit permission from the speaker. The discussions and insights shared will be respected, and no attribution or identification of any individual will be made publicly available.

Code of Conduct:

We expect all attendees to adhere to the following principles, which are essential to fostering a culture of openness, creativity, and collaboration:

  • Respectful Communication: We encourage open and honest exchange of ideas, and we prohibit any behavior that is abusive, threatening, or harassing. We also expect all attendees to refrain from using language or making comments that are discriminatory, derogatory, or offensive.

  • Cultural Awareness: We acknowledge that cultural differences and identities are an integral part of our shared humanity. We recognize that individuals from diverse backgrounds may have varying needs and preferences for personal space, communication, and social interaction. We encourage all attendees to be sensitive to these differences and adapt their behavior accordingly.

  • Safety and Hygiene: We require all attendees to follow public health guidelines related to safety, hygiene, and CDC-identified pandemic level communicable illnesses (including COVID-19). This includes maintaining social distancing, washing hands frequently, staying home if you are sick, and adhering to other disease prevention measures.

The Future of Humanity Summit is dedicated to providing a platform for thought-provoking conversations and experiences that inspire positive change. We rely on the cooperation and respect of all attendees to maintain an environment that is free from inappropriate behavior and conducive to our shared goals.

Solicitation Policy:

In the spirit of maintaining a productive and respectful environment, we kindly request that participants refrain from soliciting funding requests or promotional materials during our meeting. This allows us to focus on the topic at hand and facilitates meaningful discussions. If you have questions or would like to explore potential collaborations, please feel free to do so outside of the formal discussions during breaks or at designated networking sessions.
