Below are four options based on our conversation.

Each option has been carefully curated with your organization’s
focuses and priorities in mind. In the same way these four were curated, we can continue to customize options to reflect the perfect partnership opportunity for Arc.

Option 1: Full Four Event Premiere Sponsor

This is the top tier sponsorship opportunity. Be Ahura AI and the Future of Humanity’s right-hand partner throughout the curation and experience of each of our four events. You will be intricately involved and have backstage access to all event information, curated guest data, and the ability to create unique aspects of the event that meet your goals.

The premier sponsorship is an exclusive opportunity and will not be available to anyone else once committed.

What’s Included:

  • Presenting Sponsor at all four events (Future of Humanity Summit [August and December], Davos [January 2025], and Legacy Guardians [May 2025])

  • Access to curated guest list and attendees

  • Concierge team to introduce and schedule meetings with interesting attendees

  • Intentional introductions by Bryan to selected attendees

  • Co-hosting the events and dedicated speaking opportunities at each event

  • Access to all event activities

  • Branding throughout all event marketing, communication, and promotional materials

  • Curated event swag, customized for each specific event, in collaboration
    (example: curated welcome gifts, boating accessories, sunglasses, etc.)

  • First class travel and luxury accommodation for all four events covered for two Arc executives and plus ones.

Option 2: Selected Event Premiere Sponsor

With this option, you will receive the same opportunities as detailed above, but for selected events. Each event and its correlating investment opportunity is listed below

What’s Included:

  • Future of Humanity Summit (August and December): $650,000

  • Future of Humanity Washington DC Summit: $225,000

  • Future of Humanity Puerto Rico Summit + Virgin Islands Adventure: $425,000

  • Davos House 2025 (5 day event): $1,100,000

  • Legacy Guardians (5 day event): $1,200,000

Option 3: Future of Humanity Awards Gala Host

Sponsor the highly sought Future of Humanity Awards Gala, happening on Sunday 11 August at the George Washington Masonic Memorial. This event is the premiere evening of the year, bringing together incredible entrepreneurs, activists, and celebrities to celebrate the people making a true difference in the future of our world. Not only does the evening include a welcome reception and curated dining experience, but it also has a stunning awards show followed by an unforgettable party.

What’s Included:

  • Presenting Sponsor/Host of Gala, including information on all press, marketing, branding, design, and acknowledgements

  • VIP table of eight and exclusive All Access to event, including meet and greet with talent

  • Exclusive Introduction and co-host of Awards

  • Curated event swag and branding (i.e. cocktail napkins, step and repeat, GOBO lighting, outdoor blankets)

  • Signature drink creation and customized name

  • Guest introductions at gala by Bryan

    Investment: $120,000

Option 4: Exclusive Travel Sponsor Concierge

As the travel sponsor for all four events, your investment offsets the cost for our VIP travel services. This includes the cost of our concierge travel team, who helps make travel arrangements for guests and ensures all VIP, celebrities, and speakers have a smooth travel experience.

What’s Included:

  • Your name and branding as exclusive travel sponsor

  • Thank you shoutout and hyperlinks embedded to all concierge travel confirmations

  • On vehicle branding (as possible) for all transportation and logistics

  • Concierge travel bags sent to VVIP guests prior to departure
    (i.e. for hosted guests traveling to Davos, a curated gift with eye mask, socks, toothbrush, etc. branded with your logo — i.e. in room curated welcome gifts for speakers and celebrities at Future of Humanity Summit)

  • List of hosted travel guests and curated introductions

    Investment: $250,000
